A New Name for the Redskins

Certainly appropriate for the city where in they are based.

Go Traitors! Go away, please…

You know the fact is we conquered the Indians and took their land and we are not giving it back! Anytime soon anyway. But really, would you approve of a team called the Washington Chinks?, Or the Washington Guineas? I am a Guinea and I can say that. Hey! I can say Chink and Redskin too, and of course I know you have read my poem “The Afrocentric Pejorative”

Yes I can say that too, and all the other ethnic slurs, it’s no big deal, that’s right, no big deal, and sometimes perfectly appropriate, like just before you deliver the right cross, yes? Free speech and all that, get over it…

But do I want to name a football team, the “Chicago Chicanos”? I think that’s in bad taste don’t you? Especially if people object. So maybe it’s time the Redskins folded their tipis and stole off quietly into the night. Maybe not, me heap confused Kemo Sabe, what you think?
